Richfield Consulting was established in June 1994, to offer a smarter and personalised recruitment service to clients and candidates. We provide Executive Search & Selection and Contracting Services. Richfield Consulting operates in Sydney and Melbourne.



		Martin Watkins – B.Econ Hons CA MIPC Martin has over 20 yrs broad based recruitment experience, and along with Peter was a co-founder of the business. His formative years were as a Chartered Accountant in London and then Australia, before joining an international recruitment company in a management capacity. Martin is also on the Board of Mission Australia, one of Australia's largest welfare organisations.
		Peter Werner – B.Comm Peter has had 10 years banking and treasury experience with Bankers Trust and Citibank and over 16 years as an executive recruitment consultant. He founded the business with Martin. Peter has a practical and in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the investment management and investment research sectors. Peter is also involved in the not for profit sector and was the Chairman of Autism Spectrum Australia (ASPECT) 2003-2008 and currently sits on the Board.
